Being a role model to younger students

Today I had peer mediation I think I was being a role model to the younger students because it shows that they are free to come and tell me if they have any problem and it sets an example to them as in later years they will have a choice to do peer mediation so they get a good idea of what to do if they give peer mediation a go. It also helps when I advise them on how to solve there problems so they can use that advise for if they choose to be peer mediators themselves.
