Koru Games Training

A kauri team event for the year 7&8s is the koru games and today we had training for it.

For koru games i'm doing football. (In a girls football team) and for training we mainly focused on doing skills, like practising throw ins, trapping the ball and running with the ball really fast to get away from someone tackling you. my favourite thing we practised today were throw in because I find them rather difficult.

To be better in reading writing and maths:
I have improved in all the subjects because I have completed them and need to just update my national standards spreadsheet.

To be better at Te-reo:
I have improved I do still find it rather hard but if I practice I will get way better at it if I keep practicing the part of Te-reo that I find hard is just remembering things I have learnt in the past.

To improve in maths:
I have improved in maths as I have completed my currant goal I just have to make a video on it. But I still will practice it on IXL for a bit.

Peer mediation

Today I had Peer Mediation I had one problem to solve witch was a girl was getting excluded from here group as they wouldn't let her play. I did solve the problem and told the girls who did tell her she couldn't play that it hurt the other girl.

Family outing

In the holidays I asked to go on a family outing with my family.
We went to Springfield and Darfield.
The places we went to were the big pink Springfield donut, a cafe next to the donut that sold donuts and Darfield Bakery for pies.

Budget:
Lunch: 26.00$ food/drink: Chicken, Steak, Lambs fry and bacon  pies and coffee x 2.
Donuts: 9.00$ x2
Petrol: 10.00$

Time table:
Left Christchrurch 10:30
Got to Springfield/the big donut: 11:30 A.M
Went to the train station: 11:40 A.M
Went to Darfield Baker: 12:00 P.M
Went for a walk
Went home 2:00

My writing goal

I did a writing prove it and i got marked extended abstract my writing goal is vocabulary.

here is some of my writing if a word is highlighted it means I have changed the word round to make it sound better:


The Kit-Kat yells at the biscuit 'go get me my towel.... NOW.' 'OKAY' says the biscuit sweetly. Obviously the Kit-Kat is nasty and the biscuit is a doormat.
